We want to make sure you get your Hair Aura claw clips and hair tools as quickly as possible.

We do everything we can to process and ship out your orders within 1-2 business days, but in some circumstances, there is an increase in orders that may delay the processing time to 3-5 business days or more. 

Please keep in mind that there may also be a delay in shipping, due to weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges will be estimated and displayed at checkout. Each shipping price and timeline may vary depending on where you live.

All orders over $50 USD, qualify for free shipping worldwide.

Any orders that don't qualify for free shipping, are subject to the shipping carriers rates. We do not control these rates and are working with our providers to get you the best rates possible.

We offer returns and exchanges on our claw clips within 30 days of delivery. Gift cards and all other products are final sale.

Please note, Shopify doesn't currently support pre-paid return labels for international shipments which means your return will have to be pre-paid by you through a courier company of your choice.

Any customs fees to the U.S. and other international countries will be due upon delivery by the courier company at that time.
